I love the energy I feel. I am less bloated and my appetite is curved. I feel fuller longer. It also drains my sinus. I’m on my second jar. I have nothing negative to say. I hope to keep feeling results and to start seeing other results. The taste isn’t bad. I’m a texture person. At first I mixed with applesauce, but now I don’t need to.
